Amanda Lisberger

“Coach Amanda” has been coaching soccer for 2 years and is starting her 3rd season with PFC! She started her coaching career by doing summer camps and private lessons before joining PFC. Her favorite part of coaching is watching the kids learn new skills and then applying it in the games.

She started playing when she was 4 years old. She played for a couple of different clubs in California including Westside Breakers, Frame and Eagles SC; and also played for her high school team, Brentwood. She was recruited by dozens of schools, but ultimately wanted to play at UT. She played all 4 years at UT as a forward and defender. In 2023, she played at Austin Rise FC for a year.

Coach Amanda is originally from California. She came to Texas in 2008 to play soccer at The University of Texas at Austin and has lived here since then. She is the co-founder of Austin Rise, a Semi-Pro women's soccer team in Austin! Her and her husband have 2 cats, Loki and Bandit. And.. a fun fact is they got married on February 29th!
