hOW CAN YOU help?

Pflugerville FC was able to provide financial aid to over 60 players in the Fall of 2024

APPLICATION PROCESS

DATES

January 31, 2025

Final round of Financial Aid applications are due

February 10, 2025

Responses from the committee will be emailed to PFC families

Allocated financial aid amounts will be deducted from the final payments of the payment plan. Families are responsible for remaining current on any remaining balance.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  1. All applicants must be fully registered for a PFC team in order to be eligible for financial aid

  2. The player commitment fee (1st payment) must be paid

CAYSA 4ATX Foundation Scholarships: Learn more.

  • The Roots Scholarship: This is only for players who play in CAYSA, like PFC Academy or Select CAYSA Division 2.

  • The Oak Scholarship: Presented by Austin FC partner Managed Facility Solutions (MFS) for older U12-U19 athletes who participate in elite leagues (WDDOA, USYS State Classic League, and USYS Frontier Conference).

Every Kid Sports Financial Grants: This is only for players in our Recreational program, or Junior Academy players who participate in the PAYSL Recreational League.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

PLAYERS

• Work part time with our concession crew. Email info@paysl.org to learn more.

• For players 13 and older, get certified to be a referee and earn extra income working at PAYSL. Email Floyd Melton, our Referee Assignor, at floyd@paysl.org to learn how to get started.

PARENTS

• Work part time with our concession crew. Email info@paysl.org to learn more.

• Volunteer to serve on the PAYSL Board of Directors - Directors receive a discount for their service

• PFC parents - Volunteer to serve as a team manager. Email pfc@pflugervillefc.org for more information.

• Serve at the fields as an Officer on Duty during weekend games. Email info@paysl.org to learn more.

• Get certified to be a referee and earn extra income working at PAYSL. Email Floyd Melton, our Referee Assignor, at floyd@paysl.org to learn how to get started.

• Work at the club preparing fields for play. This includes working outdoors with tools and heavy equipment. Dependent on your schedule and availability. Email our Field Commissioner, Stephen Torres, at stephen@paysl.org to learn more.
