Courtney Strange

“Coach Strange” has been coaching soccer for 10 years and is starting his 6th season with PFC! He has experience coaching various ages and genders. In Arizona, he began coaching U14 boys and the Young Olympians. After moving to Texas and taking a break from coaching, he picked back up when his daughter started playing! His favorite part of coaching is finding the fun and child-like excitement that only soccer can provide.

He has been playing soccer for 40 year! As a player, he was a full-time goalkeeper. In his youth, he trained with US National team coaches and keepers. In high school, he was an Arizona All State Keeper his Junior and Senior year! After high school, he played for 2 years at Scottsdale Community College. After that, he played Semi Pro for The Verde Valley Rough Riders. Still to this day, he plays in the Austin Coed Soccer Association

He is originally from Sedona, Arizona and is a proud girl dad to Harper, who is following in his footsteps and proving to be a top goalkeeper as well!
