Meet Our New Board Members

PAYSL’s general board election was held on Monday, June 1st, and we are excited to announce three new members joining our board! Please help us welcome Qayyum “Q” Yakub, Charles Dougherty, and JJ Pena. Q will serve as our Div. IV VP of 4U-5U, Charles will serve as the Div. IV VP of 7U-8U, and JJ will serve as Social Media Coordinator and Merchandise Coordinator.

Herman Whitney will be returning as PAYSL’s President, a role he held previously in 2019.

Many of our current board members will continue serving, with some moving to different positions. These members are: Herman Whitney (President), Javier Guajardo (Exec. VP Finance), Sean Collier (Exec. VP Operations), Thomas Van Winkle (Div. IV VP 9U-10U), Mario Ibanez (VP Div. III Girls), Yossef Al-Mashouq (Education & Training), Dridge Albadan (Exec. VP Select), Ariana Cano (VP Select Boys), Debbie Hadley (VP Select Girls), and Tracey O’Donnell (Sponsorship Coordinator). They will assume their new positions beginning July 1st.

We would also like to recognize those members who will not be returning to serve on the board - Ahmad Hamiyeh, Kevin Judd, Stacie Montero, and Donan Akplogan. We appreciate all their hard work and service to our organization!
