We are excited to announce our new Director of Coaches for Pflugerville FC - Coach Haydn Mitchell! Haydn is a highly qualified coach who came to us from STING Austin. This past spring, he joined PFC and coached our Select 2010G and 2011G Green teams, experienced our new Pfutsal program, and lead our league’s first Spring Break camps and SkillBuilder Clinics. Additionally, he helped develop a playing philosophy and curriculum to be used club-wide. Overall, he aligns with the foundation Pflugerville FC has built and is eager to continue our journey towards building a consistently competitive club with a culture centered around mentoring and developing young people.

Coach Hadyn comes to us with an extensive coaching background.

He has coached for over 20 years, including running camps, clinics, and being a director at clubs in New Orleans, San Diego, and Austin.

He coached boys and girls teams at the ECRL level at San Diego Surf and at STING Austin
He’s experienced in program management and planning as the former Director of Rec Soccer at San Diego Surf.
He has a USSF A Youth License (and is similarly focused on coach education across every level of our club).
He holds a US Youth Futsal Level 1 License, United Soccer Coaches Goalkeeper Level 1 License, and United Soccer Coaches US National Youth Certification

Graduated from Southern University at New Orleans with a focus in Computer Science and Psychology
